Payment is now required at the time the order is placed. The Cassidy Company will not begin work on any orders until payment has been received. 

Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Venmo, Paypal, valid Gift Certificate  or payment through our website. Regardless of the form of payment, an invoice will be issued at the time of payment or at the time of completion. 

Gift certificates can be purchased and picked up at any time. They will expire one year from the purchase date. It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out and use the gift certificate within the allotted time period. Gift certificates must be shown at time of purchase in order to be used.  

Due to all of our products being custom made, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be confident in your selections before checking out. Defective items are eligible for returns, however proof of damage must be sent to thecassidycomp@gmail.com before a refund/replacement will be sent to you. 

If there are errors on our part, or a change you’d like made, we will make it right at no additional charge to you.
